为了推动中韩税法学届的沟通与交流，加强税法学术研究，促进中韩税法学届的友谊与合作，经中国财税法学研究会与韩国税法学会共同决定，拟于2017年11月23日至2017年11月26日在上海召开“2017年中韩税法前沿热点问题国际研讨会”，会议由上海立信会计金融学院法学院承办。现将有关事项通知如下：

一、会议主题:中韩税法前沿热点问题

1.“一带一路”国家税收协调与合作法律问题

2.中韩自贸区税收法律问题

3.中韩两国税法（关税、所得税、增值税等）的比较研究

To promote exchange and communication between China Tax Law Society and Korea Tax Law Society , to enhance tax academic research and to push the friendly corporation between China Tax Law Society and Korea Tax Law Society, the China Tax Law Society and the Korea Tax Law Society jointly decide that the 2017 Sino-Korea Tax Research Summit will be hold in Shanghai from November 23 ,2017 to November 26,2017,the Summit will be undertaken by the School of Law of the Shanghai lixin University of Accounting and Finance.Hereinafter are the relevant matters of concerning:

Themes of the Summit: Front and Hot issues of Tax Research

    1.Legal issues of tax harmonization and corporation among “Belt and  Road Initiative” countries.

    2.Tax legal Issues about Sino-Korea Free Trade Zone.

    3.Comparative study between the tax law of China and tax law of Korea (Include tariff,income tax and value added tax etc)

（3）2017年11月24日18：30，新晖大酒店内欢迎晚宴。

（4）2017年11月25日，考察调研，地点待定。

（5）2017年11月26日，会议结束。

3.中方的发言稿，中方准备韩文翻译版并研讨会的一周前发送给韩方评论人。韩方的发言稿，韩方准备中文翻译版并研讨会的一周前发送给中方评论人。发言稿以完整的论文或者ppt的形式准备。本研讨会的发言稿经审核后将出版成书，因此会议前以ppt形式提交的话之后需要补交完整的论文。会议当天提供翻译，因此可用与会者的母语发言，也可直接使用英语发言。

3.The text of the speakers of China should be interpreted into Korean and delivered to the commentator of Korea one week before the opening of the summit,and Vice versa.The texts of the speech may be provided by a complete paper or by a PPT document,after the summit ,the texts of speech will be published as the fruit of the summit.Although there is translator on the seminar day,English speaking is recommended.
